Role Overview
We are hiring licensed therapists to join Therapy Central while also partnering with ThriveMatch to provide coaching services. This dual‑path role allows clinicians to offer traditional therapy through Therapy Central and structured coaching through ThriveMatch’s proprietary model.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide individual, couples, or family therapy through Therapy Central

  • Deliver coaching sessions using ThriveMatch’s structured compatibility and growth framework

  • Maintain accurate documentation and uphold compliance standards

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across both organizations

  • Participate in optional training, supervision, and professional development

Qualifications

  • Active license: LPC-A, LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD

  • Strong clinical judgment and ethical decision‑making

  • Interest in relationship dynamics, coaching models, or personal development

  • Comfortable working in a hybrid therapy + coaching role

  • Tech‑savvy and able to work within digital platforms
