Position Overview
We are seeking compassionate, licensed therapists to join our growing clinical team. In this role, you will provide relationship-focused coaching, psychoeducation, clinical support, and therapeutic guidance to individuals and couples using the ThriveMatch platform.
This is an exciting opportunity for clinicians who are passionate about relationship health, preventative mental wellness, and helping people create meaningful connections before problems become crises.
What You'll Do
Provide virtual therapy and relationship-focused sessions to individuals and couples.
Conduct assessments related to relationship readiness, attachment styles, communication patterns, and emotional wellness.
Help clients increase self-awareness and develop healthier relationship skills.
Facilitate guided discussions and workshops on relationship wellness topics.
Collaborate with the ThriveMatch team to support innovative approaches to mental health and relationship development.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Uphold ethical and professional standards in all client interactions.
Qualifications
Required
Active, unrestricted license in your state (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, Psychologist, or equivalent).
Master's or Doctoral degree in a behavioral health field.
Minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience.
Experience working with adults, couples, or relationship-focused concerns.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable providing services through telehealth platforms.
Preferred
Certification or training in:
Gottman Method
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)
Imago Relationship Therapy
CBT, ACT, or DBT
Attachment-based approaches
Experience working with:
Dating and relationship issues
Premarital counseling
Communication and conflict resolution
Family systems
Relationship transitions
